Community Fundraising Assistant
You will be liaising with our diverse supporters, working with individuals, community groups and challenge event participants, ensuring that supporters of Wood Green are looked after and valued and every interaction with the charity is positive. As well as providing support at their events, which may fall in the evening of the weekend.
You will be a self-starter with excellent communication and relationship building skills, able to excite and motivate others to contribute to our fundraising efforts. You will be a confident and positive communicator, who can adapt to a change in circumstance when working in the community. You will be excited to learn and grow your skills. You will have a genuine commitment to the values of Wood Green and be excited to change the lives of pets who have found their way in our care.
Previous experience within a fundraising environment is desirable but not essential.
