Digital Learning Assistant
To prepare us for this new phase, we are looking for an experienced LMS or Training administrator to work collaboratively with other training specialists, subject matter experts (SME’s) and HR team members. You will be responsible for the implementation, roll out and administration of the LMS, managing content and data and providing support both within the team and to end users in the charity. You will also provide a variety of general administrative tasks for out-of-system learning events, such as supporting on-site induction and training events.
You will have excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics. With a high level of tack, discretion and diplomacy, you will be able to manage relationships, both internally and externally, across all levels.
This is a 6 month fixed term contract on a full time basis. We offer flexible working around our core hours.
