IT Support Administrator
We looking for an IT Support Administrator to work in our busy and proactive IT Department. They will provide first line support and potentially second line allowing the individual to increase their skills and knowledge.
With an understanding of a help desk support environment, you should also have some experience of systems and hardware infrastructure. Server knowledge and intranet management would be a benefit.
Customer facing, you will be able to communicate technical and complex matters effectively to a wide audience and feel comfortable working on varied projects.
You must enjoy liaising with people, have good communication skills, and be able to work with minimum supervision and on your own initiative.
We are a small IT Department giving the individual the chance to gain a wide range of experience and knowledge as you will be involved in many different aspects of IT, including configuring and maintaining our network, taking ownership of user problems and Diagnosing hardware/software.
This is a full time permanent role with flexible working.
