Contact Centre Advisor

Wood Green’s Community Engagement Department are looking for a dynamic, customer-focused individual to join the Pet Services Support Team as a Contact Centre Advisor.

This office based role is at the forefront of promoting responsible pet ownership for all species as well as supporting owners in keeping pets in loving homes where possible, or guiding them through the relinquishment process. The successful applicant will be motivated to actively support initiatives to help local pet owners, will have excellent customer service and communication skills, experience in providing responsible pet ownership advice and a sound knowledge of care, welfare and behaviour in either dogs’, cats or small animals.

Applicants need to be willing to have a flexible approach to working including an occasional weekday evening, where required, and alternate weekend working.
