This is a busy and challenging role which includes dealing with day to day HR queries, providing support with the recruitment process, maintenance of HR and volunteer databases, proactive management of sickness absence, assisting with payroll, alongside supporting our volunteers.
The successful candidate will be confident with excellent interpersonal and influencing skills along with a flexible approach, you will also be organised and able to prioritise a demanding work load. Confidentiality is integral to this role, as is the ability to handle sensitive issues in a pragmatic and calm manner.
Previous HR experience is not required but attention to detail, strong administrative skills and being a great team player are essential.
