You will be the first point of contact within the Welcome Centre and will play a key part in launching the customer journey and building long-term relationships between the Charity and the communities we serve, for the benefit of both people and pets.
The right candidate will be a team player who loves interacting with people; and possesses excellent customer service skills. Strong administration skills and an understanding of the services that the Charity is able to offer to customers would also prove extremely valuable. As the post involves working in a busy customer-facing environment, you must possess a passion for assisting people in need of support, advice and guidance.
This role is 12 hours per week working alternate weekends.
