Reporting to the Senior Development Manager – Regular Giving you will be driving effective fundraising communications to individual Regular Giving supporters, across multiple channels, focusing on growing long-term value.
Your remit will include direct marketing activities to new and existing regular giving supporters, using digital channels, DRTV, direct mail, telemarketing and other relevant channels to recruit, retain and develop supporters. You will also be responsible for the recently launched Sponsorship programme and the development of potential new products such as a Weekly Lottery programme.
You will also have line management responsibility for one campaign executive.
You will have a solid understanding of direct marketing principles in both acquisition and retention and be able to translate CRM strategies into effective campaigns. You are analytical and results focused, not fazed by competing priorities and an effective communicator, and have sound financial skills in budget management and reporting.
To be successful you will have experience of developing and managing marketing projects and of overseeing creative content (e.g. online content, film, photo and print content) in a fast-paced environment. Above all, you will be motivated by working with stakeholders to ensure high-quality creative solutions are delivered to brief, on time and in budget.
Location is flexible across our offices in Old Street, London, or our head office in Godmanchester, Cambridgeshire.
