Legacy Engagement Manager

We are looking for an experienced relationship management professional to join our successful legacy fundraising team. Reporting to the Senior Development Manager, Legacies your challenge will be to lead the retention and stewardship programme to new heights, delivering effective supporter journeys and communications to individual supporters across multiple channels, focusing on legacy giving and In-Memorium.

Wood Green has enjoyed a consistent stream of Legacy income for many years and aspires to develop this further for the future with a comprehensive legacy marketing and stewardship programme. With the newly created role of Engagement Manager the focus on retention and stewardship of supporters interested in leaving a gift in their will is to be expanded and enhanced.

With excellent interpersonal skills and proven ability in project management, the successful candidate will oversee the expansion of the highly popular events programme, the development of Wood Green’s legacy related value exchange products and supporter journeys that will deliver best in class stewardship.

While the ability to manage relationships with supporters is crucial, so is the ability to develop and collaborate effectively with staff and volunteers across the organisation to ensure that everyone is engaged with supporting legacy marketing.

Specific experience of managing successful stewardship or customer relationship programmes across a variety of channels is vital.

Location is flexible across KBF in Godmanchester or our offices in Old Street, London.
