You will be a skilled HR Advisor with knowledge of employment law and experience of managing employee relations and casework. A proven record of working in a customer service environment would be beneficial and you will have a passion for operating a devolved HR model, with a desire to proactively support line managers to become excellent people managers.
With excellent interpersonal and influencing skills alongside a flexible approach, you will be organised and able to prioritise a demanding work load. Confidentiality is integral to this role, as is the ability to handle sensitive issues in a pragmatic and calm manner.
This is a full time role on a temporary 6 months contract with potential for extension. Flexible working and some home working will be available for the right candidate and travel to different locations may be required.
