Switchboard Operator (Part time)

We currently have a vacancy for a part time switchboard operator at our Godmanchester site.

Working in a busy reception area, you will be first point of contact for visitors to the admin building; answering incoming calls and ensuring any queries are dealt with quickly and efficiently. The successful applicant will also be responsible for franking post, signing in visitors, dealing with contractors, issuing pool vehicle keys and other admin duties.

An excellent telephone manner is essential and customer focus of a high standard. Experience of dealing with the public is desirable. You will enjoy working as part of a team and have good basic computer skills.

Part time – Monday to Wednesday 08:00 till 16:30
