Senior Development Manager - Legacy Marketing
As Senior Development Manager, you will provide effective leadership and management of the Legacy Marketing team and be responsible for delivery of the Legacy development strategy.
This includes direct marketing activities to new and existing supporters, a supporter engagement communications strategy and a highly successful programme of supporter/legacy events. Channels include digital, DRTV, direct mail, telemarketing as well as individual supporter relationship management.
You will have a solid understanding of stewardship and retention approaches for legacy and other supporters. You have good knowledge of the marketing principles for both acquisition and retention and are able to translate CRM strategies into effective campaigns. You are analytical and results focused, not phased by competing priorities and an effective communicator. You will lead a focused team and work closely with both internal and external partners. You have sound financial skills in budget management and reporting. You of course, have excellent interpersonal skills, in particular with regards to sensitive situations and supporter relationships.
Specific experience of managing successful Legacy marketing and stewardship programmed across a variety of channels is vital.
Location is flexible across KBF in Godmanchester or our offices in Old Street, London.
